The Next Visa does not collect, handle, or distribute legal fees on behalf of attorneys.
Payment terms, deposits, and balances for The Next Visa’s services are communicated prior to activation of support services.
All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
The Next Visa does not guarantee the outcome of any immigration application, petition, or process. Immigration decisions are made solely by government authorities and are outside our control.
6. Referrals to Attorneys
The Next Visa introduces users to independent licensed immigration attorneys. Such referrals are made for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of results.
The Next Visa is not responsible for the acts, omissions, advice, or representation provided by any attorney.
7. Referral Program
Referral rewards offered by The Next Visa relate only to The Next Visa’s support services and are not connected to attorney legal fees. Eligibility, amounts, and payment timing for referral rewards are determined by The Next Visa at its sole discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
